APPLICATION PRODUCT ENGINEER

Overview

We are currently seeking an APPLICATION PRODUCT ENGINEER. This role will be the primary customer contact for new machine designs during the life of the project (quote through field support). The successful candidate will have excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills especially as it relates to the communication of technical information. Applications knowledge, excellent problem solving skills and a strong understanding of the product line are a must.

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have:

• BS Mechanical Engineering.
• Five to 10 years related experience, including experience in machine design.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Expectations

The qualified candidate will be expected to:

• Provide design support for projects.
• Maintain Engineering project schedule.
• Be responsible for product development plans.
• Be responsible for product testing.
• Be the point person to field questions from direct end-users or OEM partners regarding projects and applications.
• Assess customer application requests with EMT product line.
