MANUFACTURING ENGINEER/QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN

Overview

We are currently seeking a MANUFACTURING ENGINEER/QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN who will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality and reliability of products by inspecting parts and developing methods and procedures for reducing defect occurrences. This position will play a key role in the continual development of methods, tools, productivity, lead times, and reduction of costs while increasing the value EMT provides to its customers.

Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials, component parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering and/or quality control.

Five years experience in manufacturing performing similar duties.

An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
