MATERIALS MANAGER

Overview

We are currently seeking a MATERIALS MANAGER who will be responsible for internal/external scheduling, inventory control, and quality and delivery of purchased components. This position will play a key role in the continual improvement in procurement methods, reducing lead times, and driving cost reductions while increasing the value EMT provides to its customers. The successful candidate will have demonstrated skills in developing methods and procedures to drive results.

Qualifications

  • Five years experience in materials management performing similar duties.
  • Associates degree in Materials Management/Operation Management or Manufacturing Engineering; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficient with manufacturing-based computer systems.
  • Machining techniques experience preferred.
  • An equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered.
