CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - TECHNICAL WRITER

Overview

We are currently seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE-TECHNICAL WRITER. This role is a primary customer contact for project support documentation, installation support, and in-field support. The successful candidate will have excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills especially as it relates to the communication of technical information. Strong writing skills are a must.

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have:

• AS or BS Business Administration or Design Engineer
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Expectations

The qualified candidate will be expected to:

• Be the point person for customer service support
• Be the point person for equipment installation
• Be responsible for preparation machine manuals, spare parts lists and OEM certification documentation
• Manage 24/7 service support
• Establish close relationship with OEM partner’s service team
• Travel as required/needed
